Acre has partnered with a high-profile organisation in the global luxury industry who are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sustainability Client Services Manager as they expand their client services team.
Their purpose is to transform the luxury industry for the good of people and the planet.
To shape a sustainable future, they work with clients to help redefine business models through ESG assessment, risk & opportunity mapping, as well as verification through certification.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Guiding clients through the ESG+ assessment process, establishing a measure of baseline performance, identifying risk, prioritising necessary changes, and equipping clients with targeted tools and coaching to ensure each reaches our minimum certification standards across each of the four pillars of our framework.
Partnering with the Client Director and other departments to design and deliver the Community Programme and develop processes within and across teams that drive customer service, transparency, and efficiency.
Working with the Business Development team to onboard new clients and deliver outstanding client services from the start of their journey.
Partner with the Marketing team to effectively champion our clients' sustainability achievements and equip and motivate clients to optimise communication of their ESG performance to grow brand awareness
If you're a sustainability professional with experience in delivering projects and building client relationships, looking for an organisation that respects and upholds the traditional values of luxury and couples this with deep, authentic care for people and nature, then this is the role for you.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education to a University degree level. A master's degree specialising in an area of sustainability is desirable but not required.
Background in sustainability and/or ESG practice (g., materiality assessments, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, etc.) within a company or consultancy or a client services/account management role in an organisation which provided sustainability services as all or part of its proposition.
Excellent written and spoken English, with additional French, Italian or Spanish language skills an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels.
Ability to work to deadlines, with the organisation and time management skills necessary to effectively handle multiple clients at one time.
This is a hybrid role that provides flexibility as and when needed.
