Senior Sustainability Consultant - Associate Director

Acre is working with a leading property management business in the UK to support them in finding an Associate Director - Senior Sustainability Consultant, to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is a superb opportunity for any sustainability specialist with a background in property, looking to take a step up into a senior sustainability position in a business working with many high-profile property clients across the UK and Europe.

​

You will be working as part of a 20 strong sustainability consulting team, providing strategic sustainability and ESG advice to their clients real estate portfolios, whilst also working with clients and colleagues internally to lead on strategic deliverables.

​

You will be leading and driving sustainability business growth, with a broad base of inventory and occupier clients. You will also manage, drive, coordinate and champion new innovations in sustainability projects.

​

Another aspect of the role is acting as point of contact and project interface for external consultancy teams managing GRESB, ESOS, SECR, Environmental Management Reporting, Pollution Monitoring, Energy Auditing, Waste services, TM44s, certifications and air quality assessment.

​

Ideally, you will have:

• Technical knowledge of Sustainability, Environment Management, Environmental Legislation, Environmental Science or Energy Management, within a property background.

• Previous consultancy experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to be client facing and an excellent communicator.
