ArcelorMittal is looking for a Social Performance Manager who can drive them to a leading position within Social Performance in their sector. You will use your background in managing a diverse set of social performance issues in developed and emerging economies to achieve this.

You will also:

  • Support the development, rollout and implementation of ArcelorMittal's Social Performance policies, standards, and guidelines; and design and implement the Social Performance roadmap, strategy, and standards

  • Build social performance capabilities across the business units through building strong relationships with stakeholders, data analysis and reporting and influencing senior leaders.

  • Ensure ArcelorMittal keep pace with changing social performance disclosure requirements with an aim to be best in class

  • Manage and develop the quarterly social performance dashboard to track and measure progress and provide recommendations to mitigate social performance risks

  • Contribute to corporate ESG reports and disclosures
