Acre is working with Schneider Electric to strengthen its Sustainability Business Team. Schneider Electric is at the forefront of the development and delivery of strategic solutions to address climate action, sustainability consulting, data and resource management, renewable energy procurement and supply chain decarbonization.

About the role:

For the business development team, we are looking for an exceptional sales professional who will take on a senior position and who will further expand Schneider's position in the Benelux market.

​

You will work with the team to create new business with both large and multinational organizations headquartered in EMEA. You'll hold C-level engagements with your clients, focused on building solutions within the domains of sustainability, energy supply and energy demand.

​

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Identifying and creating new opportunities within the Benelux market.

  • Recognize and articulate appropriate approaches to address gaps, enhancing and communicating opportunities in a way that meets customer needs and differentiates Schneider from the competition.

  • Become a key contributor to assist in tailoring the global portfolio to address the needs of the market.

  • Be a dynamic leader to influence both our customers and key internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams in order to execute and orchestrate exceptional customer solutions.

Who you are:

  • You have a track record in generating new business and bringing new clients on board.

  • You are experienced in consultative selling within the professional services industry (experience with energy management & sustainability services and/or energy supply is a plus).

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You are self-driven, honest, curious and highly motivated to succeed.

  • You are fluent in Dutch (Mandatory) and English.
