The role: Sustainability Solution Architect
The aim of this role is to establish and grow Schneider Electric Sustainability Consulting Services (ESS) business in Belgium and the Netherlands. To facilitate and expand Schneider's sustainability consulting in the Benelux region, they are looking for a sustainability professional who will support the team and the clients by providing in-depth technical knowledge of the sustainability domain and services.
What will you be doing in this role?
You will support the commercial team in communicating the value of the Schneider sustainability services and solutions in strategic sales engagements.
Develop subject matter expertise to ensure prospect discussions are supported from a technical and implementation perspective.
Support discussions to identify pain points (understand what the clients' needs are) and qualify the perceived value of the service.
Provide Respond to functional and technical elements of RFP's/RFI's, guiding client development resources in the preparation of industry-leading contents.
Communicating with the international Schneider organisation and the global solution architect community to further improve Schneider's services.
Who are you and what do you bring?

Experience in sustainability within a consulting context, where you have been responsible for both delivery and commercial results.
You have subject matter expertise in sustainability standards and regulations, carbon footprint, ESG, life cycle analysis, and non-financial reporting. Knowledge of corporate sustainability programs and the issues facing the leaders in this space.
You have a solid track record of developing strong client relationships with C-levels of large organisations. Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
You have a detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Dutch and English language skills are a must-have, and you will need to be fluent in both to drive change in this role. While this role allows remote work, being based in either Belgium or the Netherlands is mandatory.
