The Corporate Sustainability team is currently on a journey of growth and is looking for someone like you to support the Head of Sustainability, supporting on the delivery of the sustainability strategy by developing, implementing, monitoring, and measuring a comprehensive programme of initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the completion of projects, reporting indices, internal and external reporting and communications related to Sustainability Strategy and the Sustainability Framework

  • End to end project management and co-ordination of data, case studies, or other material for sustainability disclosures or public information

  • Reviewing and co-ordinatinginformation for sustainability indices, NextGeneration, FTSE4Good, and CDP data to meet deadlines

  • Coordinating sustainability projects and initiatives by working with teams across the business, to ensure they deliver business aims

  • Supporting the Head of Corporate Sustainability by providing research, analysis and insights, and coordination in the implementation of the framework as required

You will have a passion for creating a sustainable future for the business, the ability to work proactively and autonomously and be an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels on the organisation.

You will also have:

  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities and contribute effectively to the sustainability aims of the organization

  • Professional curiosity and be able to think creatively, questioning conventional practices and ways of working

  • A deep interest in scanning the external horizon for best practice and be able to present this back to the business effectively

  • Experience working within a sustainability focused role, or a sustainability-related degree
