Sustainability Coordinator

A property investment company is looking for a candidate to join their team as a Sustainability Coordinator. Using your expertise, you will be integral in implementing data and resources for all reporting standards. This is integral in ensuring the credibility and reliability of the company's performance.

This is a short-term interim contract and can be completed remotely/ in London on a flexible working pattern.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collating and reporting sustainability data across the refreshed KPIs

• Help the implementation of the Resource Advisor platform

• Gather data and complete ESG scorecards and BX GRESB data

• Coordinate asset-level sustainability data for legislative compliance

• Supporting carbon calculations and updating methodology documentation

• Support implementation of the offsetting strategy

• Tracking progress across BU-wide projects by working with project leads

• Pick up actions from project-specific requests for information

• Background in data and reporting resources

• Property knowledge is highly desirable
