Sustainability Future Thinker

Are you looking for an impactful and strategic sustainability position with a global fashion brand? For Kering (known for Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent), Acre is looking for a Sustainability Future Thinker.

Kering is the company behind many prominent fashion brands that are household names across the world. Additionally, they are a frontrunner in sustainability and innovation within the industry. To further support their sustainability team and to ensure that they stay at the top of the industry, they are hiring a Sustainability Future Thinker.

The aim of this role is to keep innovating Kerings sustainability strategy and initiatives, both internally and externally. ​

Concretely, the most important responsibilities are:

• Ensure that Kering keeps its leading position in the sustainability field by generating and developing innovative sustainability projects and ideas.

• Adopt a forward-looking approach to invent the groundbreaking sustainability initiatives for Kering tomorrow.

• Strongly reinforcing and further developing Kerings presence in all key and relevant roundtable dialogue with existing external stakeholder groups and emerging new ones at European and global levels.

• Developing advocacy and influence, especially with international working groups, seminars, and public sustainability events.

• Developing creative awareness-raising tools for employees to further put sustainability at the heart of the various departments' consideration.

To do this, you are expected to deliver:

• Regular structured and creative memos and plans on potential new innovative ideas and projects to fuel Kerings tomorrow's sustainability leadership and to support the Group's trendsetting and one-step-ahead position in Sustainability.

• Constantly updated action plan on public engagement, speaker events, and membership development for Kering to be visible in all relevant coalitions.

• For internal purposes, a 3 to 5year plan to develop all Group employees' knowledge and understanding of the present and future sustainability challenges.

Who you are and what you have:

• A strong record of accomplishment in sustainability and innovation management.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in educating fellow employees on sustainability.

• A strong network in sustainability and an ability to effectively connect with external stakeholders to further develop Kerings position in the market.

• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.

• A curious and innovative personality - you proactively generate ideas and develop new projects
