Eco-Age is the leading creative sustainability consultancy on a mission to save our planet. As a partner for success and progressive sustainability, solutions, and communications, they are at the forefront of many programmes and strategies. In this newly created role as Sustainability Manager, you will be driving and stimulating change every day.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a lead consultant across a varied range of sustainability challenges, including strategy, goal setting, materiality, climate, ESG ratings, and stakeholder engagement. The clients you will be collaborating with will have different deadlines, targets, and end goals so will require organisation and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Being a collaborative member of the team, contributing to Eco- Age's through leadership, and networking actively. You will be engaging externally as well as internally, with tasks changing regularly.

  • Briefing and managing other consultants, researchers, and analysts on projects, keeping on track of their work and overall project progress.

  • Representing Eco-Age to clients on a day-to-day basis and keeping up to speed with requests and demands and managing expectations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead advisory projects with companies where sustainability is central to their strategies and their futures. You will be working with big names on fascinating projects. The work is diverse, fast-paced, and high quality, and you will learn huge amounts in a short space of time.

You already have the following:

  • Experience in delivering sustainability-focused projects either as lead or co-lead. You will be up to speed with emerging trends, regulations, and movements in the ESG / CSR space. This includes frameworks, standards and practices used such as the GHG protocol, GRI, Science-based targets and the UN SDG's.

  • The natural ability to engage, influence and maintain relations with senior decision-makers, stakeholders, and groups. You communicate effectively and know how to oversee relationships and accounts simultaneously.

  • A passion for creating and driving impact, ideally with exposure to sustainability in the textile or fashion sector, as many of Eco-Age's clients are in this space. Other sector exposure is also welcomed.

You will share Eco-Age's values on anti-racism, inclusion, and equity, and you will be excited to join a diverse and multi-generational team. Eco-Age prides itself on its diversity and inclusion and welcomes you to apply even if you feel you do not 'tick every box'.
