Our client is a fast-growing global energy and sustainability consultancy, pioneering ESG and climate change solutions to multiple corporate and infrastructure sectors.

Joining their Energy and Sustainability team, you will sell to large and multinational organisations in the UK & Ireland. You'll be part of an organisation that thrives not only on creating a strategic vision but also on driving the client's solution across a multitude of decarbonisation levers.


  • Have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, specifically around sustainability & climate-related topics such as:

  • Net Zero and associated key drivers for corporates.

  • Sustainability & climate-related strategy (journey from aspiring to leader)

  • Familiar with various ESG, energy & sustainability reporting standards and frameworks

  • Ideally, have a background in energy and associated decarbonisation solutions across all scopes 1, 2 & 3.

  • Have a consultative sales approach. You will recognise and articulate appropriate strategies to address the client's needs and enhance and communicate Schneider's strengths in a way that meets customer needs and differentiate us from the competition.

  • Strong focus on business development to generate business leads and develop opportunities within the UK&I region.

  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams, delivery teams, and multinational marketing teams in order to execute and orchestrate customer solutions.

  • Be prepared to undertake national and international travel within the EU (subject to easing of pandemic-related restrictions)


  • We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate with a proven sales track record in consultancy, developing new opportunities and delivering new business.

  • Previous experiences in the consultative selling and services industry (sustainability, efficiency, renewables and/or energy strategy)

  • Strong proven track record of developing accounts to grow and expand business opportunities.

  • Nurturing experience, demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a high-pressure environment.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Any additional language is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment and CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent).

  • Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, collaborative, communicable, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious and creative.
