Key Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Driving and project managing the delivery of priority action items in Redevco's Mission 2040 relating to all AuM;

  • Supporting your Asset Management & Development colleagues to raise the sustainability ambitions of each re-development project in Redevco's pipeline;

  • Providing focused, pragmatic, technical advice to ensure project ambition levels are achieved

  • Staying abreast of the latest technological innovations that will further deliver their net zero ambitions (operational, embodied, whole life);

  • Screening/selecting appropriately knowledgeable design team advisors/

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Clear annual progress on the execution and delivery of Mission 2040's workplan actions;

  • Noticeable improvement of development proposal ambitions regarding the business' net zero ambitions;

  • Delivery of EI & CI reduction targets post re-development project completion.

Key Competencies:

  • 4+ years of experience in project development or construction management;

  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and developments within a real estate development context;

  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills;

  • Well developed analytical and conceptual abilities;

  • A "green heart and mind".
