To continue with their mission, CTEK E-mobility (E&F) is currently looking to expand their proposition to 5 key markets: The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, France, and the UK, for what they are looking to onboard a seasoned sales leader who will be responsible for the growth of the Small & Medium-Sizedcustomers portfolio across these territories.
As a Team Lead SME Sales, you could be based in any of the key markets, from where, you will establish plans and strategies to expand the client base across Europe.
KeyAccountabilities
Sales pipe management from lead generation all the way to close and upsell
Targeted high-speed account-based sales
From time-to-time drive own sales prospecting and KAM activities
Conduct 1:1 reviews with all team members to improve their communication, training understanding and other identified performance areas in weekly feedback
Perform coaching on a regular basis and help deliver training sessions as required as well as contribute to the development of training and educational programs fortheteam
Handle customer escalations, resolve issues with technology or processes, drive daily KPIs and Order Value achievements
Set example for team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Recruit staff & evaluate and improve talent.
Develop monthly/quarterly business plans and strategies for the team in order to achieve quarterly targets and ensure attainment of company goals
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, system and tool issues and product feedback and insights from our customer base
Ensure that all team members meet or exceed all activity standards.
As appropriate, delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Act as a key point of contact for marketing, product and customer service activities and programs.
Success indicators: Monthly and Quarterly targets of signed business. Ordered value after implementation.
Your profile
You are copped with an entrepreneurial mindset. A self-starter with visionary thinking hungry to learn fast with regards to market trends in EV mobility and to adapt as the market evolves, you dream big and love to win.
University degree or other higher education in a commercial/marketing related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably to senior decision makers within procurement and across sectors such as Automotive, Property or Electrical components.
Proven track record in planning and implementing sales strategies as well as managing and directing sales teams
Strong solution / consultative selling mindset and ability to convince buyers with a business case logic (invest for benefits and problems solved)
Experience in customer relationship management
Fluent proficiency in English and other European language
Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and Salesforce.com
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
You hold a valid driving license
