The Marine Stewardship Council is looking for a passionate individual interested in using their exceptional line management skills who is looking for a chance to be a role model for delivering excellent customer service and playing a part in improving the organisation's customer experience. You could contribute to ensuring that the MSC can continue its important work enabling partner organisations to promote their own commitment to the future health of the oceans.

The Licensing team plays an important role in this process by managing the use of the MSC's ecolabel and the collection of royalties from partner organisations across the globe. The MSC is looking to recruit a Team Manager (Licensing) who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.


You will also have:

  • Proven team leadership and strong line management skills ideally gained from leading diverse/multi-national customer-focused teams

  • Experience in managing operational projects from inception to implementation, which are designed to streamline processes and procedures

  • An ability to analyse data

  • A good understanding of licensing intellectual property; trademarks experience would be an advantage

  • An ability to communicate complexity clearly and simply both to internal and external audiences, and

  • Well-developed IT skills, competent in using Microsoft Office products and a good knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
