Algramo is seeking to revolutionise the way we consume every day. As an Ellen MacArthur Foundation's New Plastics Economy Circular Design winner and Certified B-Corp, the Chilean social enterprise is a true disrupter in the packaging space providing a socially driven and sustainable solution for the CPG and FMCG market.
Having already launched internationally with operations running across Latin America, the USA, and now Jakarta, Algramo has partnered with Acre to identify a Country Manager to establish and grow operations in the UK market.
The UK Country Manager will establish the UK business through strategic relationships with local operators, supervising the implementation of pilots and the business scale-up, ensuring alignment with Algramo's Group Corporate's Model and value proposition.

Algramo offers a platform technology that enables brands and retailers to sell their products at the most affordable prices. Targeting economies where small packaging items such as sachets often end up in the environment, Algramo provides an intelligent, reusable packaging system with dispensers and affordable containers.
You'll be purpose-driven and connected to both the social and environmental objectives of Algramo's business model and bring a strong understanding of the UK marketplace. In addition, you will be:
Proactive, strategic and able to work autonomously. Algramo is made up of an agile and entrepreneurial global team and offers a collaborative working environment in which all stakeholders' voices are heard
Commercially Driven; as the UK lead you will need to work closely with the global corporate team, investors and third parties to ensure the strategy is fit for purpose within a UK setting
A natural relationship builder. Alongside Algramo's Group CEO and Founder, you will be responsible for establishing Algramo's brand throughout the UK and developing relationships with strategic stakeholders
To date, Algramo works with a range of large and industry-leading businesses such as Unilever, Walmart and Nestle and continues to develop partnerships throughout the world.
As the UK Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading business development in a new market (UK) in line with the corporate business plan
Researching the region thoroughly and adapting the business strategies accordingly
Overseeing local partners operations, ensuring compliance with strategic and operational logistics and sales objectives for the region
Providing continuous feedback to the Corporate team, identifying improvement opportunities and insights of the local market that require adaptation in the operation model and commercialization of the products
Above all, as a brand ambassador, you'll be trusted to promote Algramo's organisational culture among local operators and partners and drive the organisation's continued success, encouraging and fostering change within a highly impactful market.
