Leveraging decades of expertise and technological innovation, CTEK acquired Scandinavia's largest producer and developer of electric vehicle charging solutions in 2018, creating a whole new business unit called Energy & Facilities (E&F) that focus on developing and providing the safest electric car charging on the market.

To continue their mission, CTEK E-mobility (E&F) is currently looking to expand their proposition to 5 key markets: The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, France, and the UK, for what they are looking to onboard an experienced commercial professional to grow the CTEK portfolio and revenue with new and existing electrical wholesale customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish plans and strategies to expand your own client base (Share of Wallet and Sell Out indicators are key to measure success)

  • Sell value propositions, make EV charging solutions available in more places

  • Identify, initiate and develop customer interest across targeted segment

  • Make calls with prospects (from discovery meeting to closing deal including contracts and terms & conditions)

  • Build a high-level relationship with executives with head office of electrical wholesale client

  • Listen and discover in detail what the customer (both wholesale and their clients) need and what challenges they have with regards to charging infrastructure

  • Present (in writing and verbally) to customer's needs with a solution sales approach and mindset

  • Make sales presentations and training sessions at the wholesale's branch offices to branch office staff and clients

  • Drive implementation of newly won clients

  • Manage effectively the account purchasing and communication rhythm to retain and grow existing clients

  • Collaborate with implementation, logistics and support teams to provide solutions vs expectations sold

  • Reporting on activities, progress and plans - weekly summary and monthly reporting for management and forecasting sales by managing your activity in CRM tool (Salesforce.com)

  • Success indicators: Monthly and Quarterly targets of signed and ordered business

You will be working in Germany remotely (ideally based in South- or North-Germany) and report to Sales Director SME Accounts EV Energy & Facilities.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wholesale of electrical appliances or automotive.

  • Background in Automotive, Property, Electrical or related background

  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of success in achieving sales targets

  • You dream big and love to win, are highly perseverant, and a self-starter who brings your own initiatives in a start-up environment

  • You are entrepreneurial, see opportunities and drive for solutions through consultative selling, which enables you to convince buyers with a business case logic (invest for benefits and problems solved)

  • You are able to build trust and present a solution that adds real value to customers

  • You speak and write English fluently

  • You are curious ready to acquire knowledge with regards to market and business trends in EV mobility, as well as adapting as the market evolves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and Salesforce.com

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

  • You hold a valid driving license
