Acre has partnered with lululemon to find them a Data Analyst, Product Sustainability, and Environment. lululemon is a yoga-inspired technical apparel company up to big things. They are an innovative, purpose-driven brand creating a future that we want to live in.

In this role, you will support lululemon's product sustainability and environmental programs with your excellent data analysis, reporting, and insights skills.

Being part of the enterprise-wide sustainability team, which is shaping the future of impact within lululemon's brand and business. This is a forward-thinking team lead and integrates lululemon's vision and initiatives across the company to create value for the brand, their collective (guests, employees, makers, ambassadors), and society.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage GHG accounting methodology and analytics for external and internal reporting against our climate goals

  • Find new ways to gather insights from our operations, supply chain, and product data to support decisions that will reduce our overall environmental footprint

  • Lead environmental data collection, data analysis, formatting, and quality control, including partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants

  • Advise on and support methodology improvements to increase data accuracy and/or data collection efficiency

  • Organize data and build reports that help our teams show progress against our public commitments and goals

  • Support the Product Sustainability and Environment team with industry tools such as Higg MSI & FEM, and other energy & climate-related software programs.

  • Maintain store database and energy data integrity in our utility energy tracking system

  • Ideate with the team on the future of environment and product sustainability using data insights to inform our way

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in areas of business, environmental science, engineering, or supply chain management.

  • Experience with organizing and performing data analysis and quality control on large and complex data sets

  • Experience developing and working with GHG inventories and their supporting data

  • Experience with water footprints and/or life-cycle assessments a plus

  • Ability to analyze data to provide business insights and present data in a compelling way

  • Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar tools).

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
