The International Tin Association (ITA) is a member-based organisation, with offices in the UK and China, dedicated to supporting the tin industry and expanding tin use. Its primary goal is to ensure tin is recognised as an innovative, competitive, and sustainable metal.

The ITA is a focal point for discussion and action on important regional and global issues affecting tin, promoting the industry, and providing authority, leadership, and voice on a global basis. The organisation has a strong focus on sustainability, responsible supply chains and regulatory affairs, and is also active in the areas of market intelligence and technology.

Acre is delighted to be supporting the ITA on the appointment of a new CEO.

Working cross-functionally with the board, senior leadership team and business streams, this is an exceptional opportunity for a purpose-led and commercially minded CEO to define, develop and deliver the long-term strategy with a global, high-impact organisation. Reporting to the Executive Committee you will ensure the integrity of the organisational commitment to all its stakeholders and capitalise on opportunities in this rapidly changing market. You will be an inspiring ambassador with credibility and insight, who will develop new relationships, identify emerging opportunities and lead with clarity across all sectors to fulfil the ITA's purpose.

You'll have a background in extractives or a similar sector experience and bring a commercial and strategic vision to the ITA, with exceptional operational management capabilities and leadership skills.
