One of the world's leading Investment Management firms is seeking an Impact Measurement specialist for its London office. The role sits within the firm's global Research & Investment Strategy division and focusses on the provision of high-quality impact data to support the investment process and deliver real-world outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject-matter expertise and the capacity to effectively partner with teams throughout the business to inform investment strategy and deliver industry-leading management approaches across an array of asset classes.
Responsibilities
Ensure the firm is at the leading edge of impact measurement and management practices
Act as a partner and SME resource to the investment management teams
Design and develop portfolio measurement frameworks
Expand the firm's capacity for unique data origination and analysis
Play a fundamental role in the development of new impact investment products
Contribute to industry-wide thought initiatives and forums
Consult with clients on matters pertaining to Impact Investment Management
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained on the buy-side
Strong knowledge of the latest impact measurement approaches across both public and private markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In addition, you will possess the ability to:
Identify opportunities and derive value from the analysis and interpretation of data from a wide variety of sources
Ask innovative questions to inform decision-making
Anticipate industry and regulatory trends through acquired insight
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as industry and regulatory contacts. Have the conviction to push back on conventional views when required
Deploy a creative approach to problem-solving and a global perspective
