Acre is working with Schneider Electric to strengthen its Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS) team. ESS is at the forefront of the development and delivery of strategic solutions to address climate action, sustainability consulting, data and resource management, renewable energy procurement and supply chain decolonisation.
Schneider's ESS client development team is looking for an exceptional sales professional to take on a senior position within the team and to further expand Schneider's position in the German market. You will work with the team to create new business with both large and multinational organisations headquartered in the EMEA region. You'll hold C-level engagements with your clients, focused on building solutions within the domains of sustainability, energy supply and energy demand.
Your key responsibilities of this role are:
Identifying and creating new opportunities within the German market.
Recognising and articulating appropriate approaches to address gaps, enhancing and communicating opportunities in a way that meets customer needs and differentiates Schneider from the competition.
Becoming a key contributor to assist in tailoring the global portfolio to address the needs of the German market.
Being a dynamic leader to influence both Schneider's customers and key internal stakeholders.
Collaborating with multiple sales teams in order to create and execute exceptional customer solutions.
Who you are:
You have a track record in generating new business and bringing new clients on board.
You are experienced in consultative selling within the professional services industry (experience with energy management & sustainability services and/or energy supply is a plus).
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are self-driven, honest, curious and highly motivated to succeed.
You are fluent in German (Mandatory) and English.
