Acre is working exclusively with a consultancy organisation in finding an experienced Agriculture Climate Consultant on a short term rolling contract. We are seeking a strategic individual with agriculture experience.
This is a rolling monthly contract with an initial duration of 7-8 weeks with potential to extend. Ideally, the requirement is for someone full time but we can consider a part time working solution for the right candidate. Interviews can start from w/c 22nd March and we are looking at a start date of Mid April.
This is an ideal opportunity for any professionals with:
- Advised large agricultural companies focusing on decarbonisation or worked in the Strategy/ Risk division of an agricultural business and has experience with the Science Based Target Initiative methodology or similar - Has experience in assessment and quantification of climate related risks - Expertise in corporate GHG emissions accounting in the agribusiness sector ideally around biogenic GHG emissions; dealt with carbon neutrality certifications and methodologies to generate carbon credits
