Managing a small team of Community Development Officers, leading by example and supporting them in their professional development.
Working closely with Development colleagues to help shape bids for new homes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working as a Community Development or Social Value professional within social housing, local government, construction, or a related sector.
The ability to lead and develop a small team. We are open to considering those who have not directly line managed before but have the desire to take the next step.
Excellent networking skills, both internally across the organisation and with key external stakeholders such as schools and local authorities.
