Acre is excited to be working with one of the world's largest Financial Advisory institutions to support them in finding a Project Manager to work within their Community Investment team. You would be supporting managing a fund that manages several employee volunteering programs for UK employees.

You will be joining a new group approach to supporting social and environmental causes, locally and globally.

​

The role involves managing several employee volunteering programmes for UK employees, including tutoring and mentoring initiatives. You will also provide advice to and support other countries that are looking to run their own employee volunteering initiatives.

​

You will support employees from the UK, Australia, Geurnsey, UAE and South Africa to submit funding proposals to the committee and have strategic oversight of the fund.

​

You will also:

  • Develop and run fundraising campaigns.

  • Organize internal and external communications and write these as required.

  • Collate impact data, provide analysis and report on this.

  • Liaise with committee chairs to manage committee business.

​

Required Experience:

  • Professional experience of working in Community Investment, Responsible Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, including delivery and strategic oversight.

  • Experience in designing and running employee communication campaigns.

  • Experience in project planning and management for global and cross-functional projects This role is a fixed-term contract, ideally on a part time basis (4 days per week) with an immediate start.

  • Being bilingual with the ability to speak French would also be a huge benefit for this roe.

  • Ability to work with colleagues across all levels and across a broad range of business units

  • Great attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
