Acre is supporting one of the world's largest independent financial advisory groups to identify a Corporate Responsibility Associate who will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Responsibility function in planning and coordinating dedicated projects in collaboration with other business functions. You will be reporting into the Group CR Manager, and the Group Environment Manager.

As the Corporate Responsibility Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Input into the development of strategic initiatives.

  • Planning and day to day coordination of the implementation of dedicated projects.

  • Research and preparation of background information to help understand market practices and trends and inform strategy evolution and business decision making.

  • Input into writing and managing externally facing Corporate Responsibility communication materials and Corporate Responsibility report.

  • Planning and implementation of dedicated employee engagement campaigns.

For this role, requirements include:

  • Knowledge of the broader CSR/sustainability landscape, including Environmental Management.

  • Experience in project planning and management for global and cross-functional projects.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Degree in a related subject (sustainability, environmental management, etc).

  • Professional experience of working in a sustainability function in a professional/financial services organisation.
