Customer Success Manager

Arce are excited to working in partnership with Naked Energy, an innovative solar technology company, in searching for a Customer Success Manager to help develop long and meaningful relationships.

At the core of Naked Energy's offering is Virtu® a unique solar technology with the potential to revolutionise distributed heating, cooling and power provision. Having won numerous awards from the Sunday Times, Shell, BEIS, and the European Institute of Innovation, Naked Energy have recently secured £5.25M in investment from environmental fund manager Earthworm Group.

Your primary responsibility is to work with Virtu's customers and partners, ensuring Naked Energy meet agreed projected timelines and that all contract obligations are fully met by both parties. You will work closely with the Virtu Engagement and Contracts Manager who will introduce you to prospective new clients during the sales process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the smooth on-boarding of new customers ensuring the correct systems and processes are in place to fulfil the contract

  • Creating, communicating and managing project delivery plans to all internal and external stakeholders, notifying of any changes in good time

  • Leading client relations and reacting swiftly to enquiries and problem solving as events arise

  • Providing customer feedback to the product and operation teams to help improve Naked Energy's products

  • Conducting regular performance reviews and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure we maintain healthy long-term relationships with our customers

You will play an active role in helping close agreements by providing project plans and building customer assurance that Naked Energy is able to meet its contractual commitments for a global and diverse portfolio.
