Key Responsibilities:

This position, reporting directly to the C-level, provides a unique opportunity to have a strategic impact on a rapidly scaling boutique consultancy. It does so in a company culture that is trusting, creative, and fosters entrepreneurialism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coaching the Sustainability Advisory team of 20+ consultants and analysts.

  • Contributing to the development of the team's strategy and overseeing the execution of the strategic plan in close collaboration with the COO.

  • Developing efforts to enhance and optimize the service portfolio and internal processes within the team.

  • Managing projects and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, within scope, and with high quality.

What You Deliver:

  • Support the team in achieving targets for each project and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the development of a client-focused organization.

  • Establish senior client relationships.

  • Foster creativity and innovation in teams.

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and upcoming regulations and lead the improvement of current services in response to market evolution.

  • Lead research, content creation, and marketing efforts for the team, including ebooks and digital events.

  • Set all aspects of project culture, including quality and prioritization of reviews.

  • Lead the appraisal cycle of team members.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supervising staff and working with teams.

  • Consultancy experience

  • Project management skills with experience managing large international corporate clients.

  • Expertise in corporate sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, fostering an inclusive work environment.
