  • Support preparation of agendas / topics / materials for Board and other executive meetings in conjunction with other business leaders

  • Work collaboratively with executive and senior management across divisions to identify and define the most essential strategic opportunities and challenges

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop internal and external communication strategies to publicize the company's sustainability efforts and promote broad awareness of initiatives including the annual Sustainability Report

  • Compile metric data for the GHG inventory to measure our direct and indirect emissions for the business's situational awareness, reduction efforts, and annual reporting

  • Assist in evaluating or proposing sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance, and support implementation of strategic sustainability initiatives

  • Lead the initial implementation, post-implementation assessment, and subsequent ongoing analysis of our company's strategic sustainability goals and initiatives

  • Serve as an internal leader and subject matter expert on sustainability, monitoring emerging trends, programs and issues, and communicating and educating others on relevant topics

  • Serve as sustainability champion integrating ESG thinking into every department, group and individual within a company

  • Increase awareness of PHI's Sustainability Leadership through speaking engagements/panels at industry forums

  • Provide guidance on company responses to questions or statements of position on sustainability-related matters including potential policy positions

  • Identify and prioritize areas for institutional sustainability efforts and recommend strategies for proactively addressing relevant environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities in the short, medium, and long term

  • Ability to travel globally as needed
