Are you a storyteller passionate about sustainability, convening stakeholders, and transforming the fashion industry?

The Fashion Pact is a global coalition of 70+ companies in the fashion and textile sector who have committed to utilising the power of the collective to accelerate change in three environmental areas: climate, biodiversity, and oceans. Uniquely, The Fashion Pact is a CEO-led, action-based non-profit organisation funded by its members, leveraging collective action to achieve and scale impact.

This newly created opportunity will work with a third of the global fashion industry, supporting executives at these businesses to deliver on their commitments in close collaboration with key technical experts and NGO partners who work with The Fashion Pact.

The Engagement Manager - Communications and Reporting, will work on safeguarding the link between actions and the greater narrative, creating exciting and innovative new content dedicated to signatories and partners, and accompanying The Fashion Pact community across its actions in order to support its goal of industry transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own the signatory experience from CEO's to technical professionals within the brands: designing compelling and consistent storytelling, ensuring signatories are equipped to drive groundbreaking actions never previously achieved and facilitate cross-industry collaboration to increase signatory engagement.

  • Engage with The Fashion Pact's members, tracking interest in particular topics to inform programmatic work.

  • Own the signatory query process, liaising with relevant team members and partners.

  • Crafting and coordinating best practice sharing amongst signatories liaising with team members and delivery partners.

  • Liaise with reporting partners and signatories to manage general reporting on member progress and lead the translation of data into meaningful achievements.

  • Own the global engagement platform: both ensuring the platform is consistently up to date and contains all meaningful content, chasing partners for information where appropriate, as well as developing content further.

To thrive and be successful in an impact driven non-profit in start-up phase, you'll have the following:

  • Prior experience in an agile, fast paced environment, ideally in consultancy.

  • Strong member engagement, partnerships, or consulting skillset with the ability to guide corporates on a journey.

  • Background in managing multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on internal communication and change management.

  • A native/bilingual English speaker, excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a structured approach to project work with an eye for detail with experience to work with tight deadlines and adapt to changing needs.

  • Ability to manage data/IT platforms, ensuring content and data is of high quality.

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment with tight deadlines, a pro-active approach, and the ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
