This could be your opportunity to become an Environment Executive at British Airways, reporting into the Environment Manager, as you support the implementation and management of the corporate Environment Management System (EMS) and help to deliver compliance and continuous improvement in environmental performance across the business.
You will also:
Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of the EMS based on IEnvA and ISO14001 standards
Provide advice and guidance on compliance-related matters to all business areas
Conduct internal compliance audits of operational activities
Help collate, verify and analyse data needed for sustainability reporting (Noise, NOx and waste)
Support delivery of working groups delivering waste and circular economy initiatives
As the Environment Executive, you will be able to build positive relationships with internal and external partners and utilise your in-depth knowledge of environmental compliance.
You will also have:
Experience implementing or leading an Environmental Management System
Knowledge of compliance with environmental legal requirements
Ability to work with matrix teams
Excellent data management, analysis and presentation skills
