Are you an established ESG professional that is motivated to lead the sustainability strategy for a market-leading real estate developer?
Our client continues to develop its sustainability offering with the addition of a newly created ESG Manager position. This role will sit at a group level and report into the Managing Director, giving the position gravitas and the opportunity to make a real impact within an organisation committed to sustainability.
This is a diverse role that will require the ability to strategically lead whilst delivering against ambitious ESG targets. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference as the first central ESG leader within a thriving real estate developer.
In this role you will be:
Leading the development of the group's ESG strategy
Developing a set of objectives and associated KPI's for ESG performance
Continually reviewing the ESG framework, reporting and governance procedures, recommending change and improvements
Building good working relationships and liaising with all relevant departments to achieve ESG targets
To excel in the role, you'll bring:
Experience in an ESG role, preferably within real estate, construction or similar
Strong project management skills
Experience in implementing GRI framework or similar
Up to date knowledge of ESG reporting requirements
