ArcelorMittal is looking for an ESG Manager who will be a dedicated interface between corporate sustainable development and investor relations. As the landscape of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks and benchmarks grows, you will ensure that ArcelorMittal understand the needs and concerns of their stakeholders whilst communicating the companies approach and performance in relation to all aspects of ESG.

You will also:

  • Develop and manage the ESG investor engagement programme

  • Communicate ArcelorMittal's ESG strategy and results with investors

  • Project manage annual submissions to targets ESG ratings agencies such as MSCI, Vigeo, ISS and Sustainalytics, and all corporate ESG disclosures such as Climate Action Report, TCFD and Form 20-F

  • Prepare materials for the sustainable finance framework to enable ArcelorMittal to make use of ESG specific finance vehicles such as sustainability-linked bonds and climate bonds

  • Ensure ESG disclosures evolve and comply with sustainability-related reporting frameworks and requirements such as IIRC, GRI, UNGC and SASB

  • Support in preparing ESG reporting standards and guidelines for country-level reports and provide guidance to local teams in ArcelorMittals key geographies, including North America, Brazil, South Africa, Asia and Europe.

As the ESG Stakeholder Specialist, you will be able to utilise your ESG knowledge, specifically around environment, human rights and supply chain, alongside your investor relations skills to ensure ArcelorMittal are able to achieve their ambitions of inventing new steels for a better and more sustainable world.
