ISN is looking to hire an ESG Senior Coordinator to research and develop ESG and Sustainability processes and tools to assist with Supplier qualification and data review.

ISN's online contractor management database, ISNetworld, is the global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors and suppliers from capital-intensive industries. ISN collects health and safety, procurement, insurance, quality and regulatory information from contractors and suppliers. Through ISN's Review and Verification Services (RAVS), subject matter experts review and verify contractors' information, incorporating a level of due diligence to the contractor management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ESG Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Client and Supplier/Contractor meetings across Company locations

  • Research, develop, and continually re-evaluate ESG and Sustainability offerings for Clients and Suppliers/Contractors

  • Perform desktop audits of ESG-related policies, programs, and certificates

  • Make recommendations for service offerings based on trends in data and resources

  • Stay abreast of current and emerging technical ESG reporting standards

  • Support internal enhancements to ISN's ESG and Sustainability efforts, including climate change, human rights, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and conservation

  • Assist in ISN's expansion and presence within the ESG marketplace

  • Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives

The Successful candidate will have extensive technical understanding of various ESG standards, be self-motivated, and be willing to assist with all of the day-to-day demands inherent in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Environmental, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience

  • HSE, ESG, or Sustainability certifications preferred

  • 2+ years of experience as an ESG practitioner

  • Familiarity with global standards related to ESG, including UN Sustainable Development Goals, UN Principles for Responsible Investing, Global Reporting Initiative, and the Sustainability Account Standards Board

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
