We're hiring in our Acre Frameworks team! You'll be joining a flourishing business at a pivotal time, spearheading a new business development function within Acre Frameworks.

Acre Frameworks is a learning and development business that sits within Acre's wider recruitment business. At Acre Frameworks, we believe that it takes more than technical expertise to succeed in purpose-led roles but recognise that there is a shortage of individuals with the non-technical skills required to disrupt traditional thinking and deliver measurable impact.

Our recruitment and talent development solutions are designed to tackle this gap head-on, equipping safety and sustainability professionals across the globe with the non-technical skills needed to be effective in their role.

We use cutting edge technology, developed in-house at Acre, to recruit and develop current and future leaders in safety and sustainability-related professions. Behind this technology is a team of talented and experienced coaches and trainers who deliver a range of talent development solutions to ensure that our client's teams are operating at the peak of their capabilities and driving their sense of purpose.

You will work alongside the team at Acre and Acre Frameworks to build relationships with many of the world's best-known brands like Netflix, Salesforce, Amazon and Vodafone to grow and develop our business in the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. As you play a key role in developing our business, we'll work with you to reach your own development goals.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead the design and development of a global BD strategy in partnership with Acre's directors

  • Manage key client accounts, positioning Acre as their recruitment & development 'partner of choice' when filling vacancies, as well as addressing any additional talent development needs they may have

  • Leverage Acre and Acre Frameworks' brand, bespoke services and value proposition to business develop, identifying areas to grow our markets and secure new opportunities

  • Build your personal brand, strategically running niche events within your space and positioning yourself as a thought leader within your market

  • Partner with our marketing team to deliver a strategy that increases brand and product awareness in our core markets

  • Identify and engage with senior leaders across our network and beyond to develop programmes that meet their needs and exceed their expectations

  • Work closely with our product development and delivery lead to ensure that our services remain first-in-class and that we deliver an exceptional service to our clients

  • Contribute to Acre's broader success by generating cross-selling opportunities with our recruitment business and collaborating closely with senior team members across our UK, European and North American operations

  • Hold a critical position within the business, at the centre of safety and sustainability leadership development, building relationships with global leaders. You will work closely with Acre and Acre Frameworks' directors to set strategy and will join a culture based on purpose, excellence, personal development, and collaboration.

To excel, you'll need to be;

Experienced - You'll have a successful track record in business development and building highly strategic, genuine relationships. This may come from a recruitment, talent development, or from a comparable role.

Marketing-Driven - You'll have worked in close partnership with a marketing function, with demonstrable experience in driving and contributing to initiatives that have initiated substantial growth within a business.

Strategic - You will have developed and designed a global sales strategy, or at least made a major contribution to planning and executing one. You'll be organised and forward-thinking when it comes to your approach

It'd be great if you had the following skills;

  • An understanding of health, safety and environment (HSE), sustainability or a related area

  • A passion for catalysing environmental and social change

  • Experience using a CRM and keeping an accurate database and pipeline

  • Your own ideas on how to market our products, and how to make improvements going forward

  • Public speaking experience
