Acre is delighted to be supporting a FTSE organisation in the Transport sector with their search for a Group Corporate Responsibility Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of CR, this individual will be responsible for a wide range of CR initiatives and help drive the sustainability agenda across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver high-quality submissions to external indices including DJSI and LBG, feeding trends and performance data into group to drive business and performance improvement.
Support the Director of CR and the wider sustainability team on driving and implementing a new global strategy, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Manage the delivery of the CR section for the organisation's annual report and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead across community investment, ensuring UK objectives are met, working closely with the Group Partnerships Manager.
Working within a motivated and agile team, the successful candidate will have the aptitude to take on ad-hoc projects with limited guidance.

Effective stakeholder engagement skills, including capacity to influence senior stakeholders and drive through an agenda.
Independent working style with an eye for quality and detail, particularly working with data relevant to CR.
Demonstrable experience of corporate responsibility in a large, complex environment.
Deep understanding of reporting and assurance standards.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
