In this newly created role as a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end relationship between Innovation Gateway and its clients.
Winning business with current and new clients.
Working with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets.
Developing strategies to identify existing customer needs and providing excellent service.
Creating and maintaining a list of target clients for new products or services
Creating marketing campaigns with the marketing team that target specific customer segments.
To thrive in this role, you already have the following:
Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering sustainability solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills are paramount for this role to build trusting relationships with your clients and colleagues.
Demonstratable knowledge of net zero and climate issues.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong project management skills.
