Then please continue reading. Our client, a multinational financial institution, has created an exciting new role within an entirely new vertical. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the entire global framework for sustainable finance (SF) education and engagement, ensuring the business is sustainability fluent.

Whilst in position, you will be able to establish or enhance a deep knowledge of SF, transition finance and environmental & social risk management.

What you will do:

Reporting directly to the Head of Sustainable Finance Strategic Initiatives, with the support of a team, you will:

  • Develop a multi-year, business-wide sustainability upskilling and engagement strategy.

  • Oversee SF content to ensure all business teams are equipped with relevant tools with which to engage.

  • Be accountable for organising teams and executing strategy - designing content, training materials and scaling up specific training sessions around relevant material.

  • Drive understanding and engagement of SF through a range of communication streams.

  • Manage and provide input to the programmes, working closely with content teams to drive participation.

  • Innovate delivery, ensuring a thorough content and training programme is in place.

What you bring to the business

  • Energy, excitement, and enthusiasm.

  • Experience in project management, strategy, consulting, learning & development, or ESG/ SF.

  • A strategic mindset and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines and budgets for large-scale projects.

  • Strong awareness and interest in SF and Environmental and Social risk.

  • Presentation and public speaking experience and skills to present SF trainings.
