We are currently looking to engage with experienced Supply Chain Standards professional to join the team as our next Head of Supply Chain Standards Operations. This provides a tremendous opportunity for the right individual to make a significant contribution toward the delivery of MSC's mission and strategic plans.

Would you like to contribute to the strategic direction, development, and implementation of credible supply chain certification for MSC products across a wide range of supply chains and product types?

This could be the role for you.

You'll be a highly motivated and dynamic individual with:

  • The ability to ensure the effective day to day operation of the Chain of Custody Standard (CoCS), leading the team’s activities on high profile projects, investigations, issue management and policy development, providing direction and guidance to team members.

  • Experience of Supply Chain Standards audit process, including issues and incident management, variation, and interpretation requests.

  • Experience working at a senior level in a multi-stakeholder organisation in the food industry, certification and standard setting organisations or sustainable management.

  • Proven team leadership skills.

  • A good working knowledge of global supply chains and the key challenges and opportunities facing them.

  • An ability to successfully manage relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and collaborators.
