Head of Sustainable Investment Specialists

Acre has partnered with a sustainability-focused boutique asset manager that is looking for a new head of sustainable investment specialists.

This role covers all aspects of sustainable product management and acts as a conduit between the investment, product and distribution teams. This person will be responsible for all fund-level ESG communication whilst contributing to the strategy of new and existing products.

​

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and lead on client engagement and sustainable investment messaging.

• Engage with existing clients around the firm's advanced approach to sustainability, covering all fund ranges (article 8 & 9).

• Oversee the ESG fund labelling, being responsible for the documentation and necessary disclosures.

• Oversee firm-level ESG RFP content and sustainability-focused marketing materials.

• Responsible for managing a small team of sustainable investment specialists.

Background:

• Fluent in English and French is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within sustainability/ ESG, ideally coming from a product specialist background.

• A track record of managing internal/ external stakeholders.

• A strong understanding of the asset management industry is ideal.
