We're working with the Health & Safety team within one of the UK's leading Property Management businesses to find them yet another brilliant addition to their team.
They are seeking a Health & Safety Business Partner to work closely with their Head of Health & Safety, providing strategic H&S support to the South East/South West region of England. Despite this being your predominant region of focus, this position is fully remote and you can be based anywhere in the South of England.
You'll be supporting the business' main property brands through effective business partnering. You will ensure teams within their regions have the requisite competence to prepare and undertake action planning resulting from internal and external audits.
You will also act as the lead business partner for several internal functions and external service providers.

What you will have:
A forward-thinking approach to problem solving, particularly in complex scenarios.
The ability to work semi-autonomously and the ability to work with your own initiative.
Capable of coaching managers with problem solving skills and empowering them to have the confidence to make their own decision.
Experience ideally in residential property, building services, FM or other similar commercial sectors.
Ideally you will have Technical Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH) and have a NEBOSH Diploma.
