Acre are pleased to announce they are partnering with one the UK's leading property developers with an impressive, prestigious portfolio to find an Interim Head of Health & Safety, to be based in Central Lonon. While they transition from using consultancy to bringing Health & Safety in-house, this is a crucial time period for the organisation and an exciting project to be part of.
Develop and implement the organisation's long-term health & safety policy. You will need to take ownership of the company policy and gain executive management support, as well as building a strong system of internal control and safety culture amongst all staff.
Lead, manage and develop a team of five specialist health, safety & sustainability professionals. You will also take ownership of recruitment of further team members as the project develops.
Build and develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to best communicate positive health & safety performance.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to perpetuate a positive health & safety culture within the organisation and ensure that relationships with relevant regulatory and advisory bodies are maintained.
