About our client

Our client is young and dynamic team of hands-on investors with food industry experience, a collaborative approach and a common goal to transform the food system and how we eat. In doing so, the company is a global leader in the alternative protein sector. The dedicated and purpose-driven team provides in-depth knowledge about an untapped space ripe for innovation and disruption.

The investment company's goal is to transform the global food system by investing in solutions that facilitate sustained behavioural change and eliminate the consumption of animal protein products and provides seed to growth funding to entrepreneurs developing plant, fungi, fermented, and cultivated replacements to animal products. The organisation partners with entrepreneurs developing innovative plant-based and cultivated replacements to animal products, including meat, seafood, dairy, and eggs. They support the founders by sharing culinary knowledge, understanding of consumer habits, experience in food manufacturing, and a global network to catalyse investments and build lasting companies.

Over the past few years, the company has invested in some of the world's most exciting plant-based companies and is now looking to further expand its portfolio across the world.

For the regional office based in Amsterdam, we are now aiming to fill the newly created role of investment analyst / associate.
