Acre has partnered with lululemon to find them a Supply Chain Fair Compensation Manager. lululemon is a yoga-inspired technical apparel company up to big things. They are an innovative, purpose-driven brand creating a future that we want to live in.

As Responsible Supply Chain Fair Compensation Manager, you drive progress by establishing and implementing lululemon's fair compensation strategy for the supply chain and support responsible sourcing processes. An understanding of sourcing is mandatory in the role.

We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who understands sourcing processes and will bring a strategic mindset to the role. Additionally, we are looking for strong project management and can work independently.

You will be developing lululemon's Fair Compensation in the supply chain. Through conducting research, working cross-functionally and with vendors to build strategy and roadmap, facilitating implementation, engaging with partners, and evaluating the success through measurable KPIs.

You support overall program development, including capacity building, internally and for vendors, and have experience in supply chain and product organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and manage the execution of lululemon's fair compensation program, including strategy, program development, pilot and implementation, KPI management and evaluation, and ongoing improvement, as per FLA requirements

  • Support the evolution and implementation of responsible purchasing practices, including strategy, guiding implementation, education and training tools, and evaluation as per FLA requirements

  • Manage pilot programs to implement fair compensation in factories producing for lululemon

  • Develop and support KPIs, evaluation and continuous improvement approaches

We are looking for someone who is passionate about worker rights, wellbeing, and responsible business, exceptional at building strong and trusted partnerships with internal business teams and with our vendors, and apply a pragmatic lens grounded in operations.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in human rights and responsible supply chain related program development, implementation and analytics.

  • Experience in apparel and retail sourcing preferred

  • Operational work experience within a brand supply chain or product organization.

  • Knowledge of corporate business and social issues, particularly with regards to living wage/fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and desire to learn.

  • Proven project management with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, time and tasks for cross-functional groups, and to deliver outcomes.

  • Program development experience, having established and successfully implemented cross-functional programs.

  • Business operations and supply chain experience, with a pragmatic orientation and understanding of margin, business continuity and operational drivers, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with x-functional business teams for success.

  • Demonstrated creative problem solver, taking a methodological and solutions approach.

  • Exceptional communicator and builder of interpersonal relationships. Business.

Working directly with central and in-country Sustainable Business+Impact teams, you will devise strategies. You will also work with cross-functional partners include Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Product Development, Operational Excellence, Finance+Reporting, and the Fair Labour Association.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Fair Labor Association framework and requirements

  • Experience in consulting/advising and/or working within mid to large business contexts.

  • Understanding of responsible purchasing practices
