The Responsible Jewellery Council is the world's leading standard-setting organisation for the jewellery and watch industry and global value chain. Their Code of Practices is the only independently verified sustainability standard for the industry and covers the entire supply chain, from mine to retail. RJC members benefit from access to a global community as well as technical expertise, support and educational materials.
The Marketing Manager is a newly created role central to the RJCs strategic engagement and growth plans. In this role you will take ownership of the full marketing strategy for the RJC to support the organisations commercial growth and build on the RJC's fifteen year legacy of improving transparency and sustainability in global jewellery supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing membership engagement campaigns to retain and grow membership
Researching and analyse market trends, demographics, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Establishing membership engagement goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Coordinating and participating in promotional activities and trade shows, working with members, key stakeholders, and agencies
Managing webinars and events with team members and external stakeholders as well as the RJC's social media presence
The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and will lead the full creative efforts of the business to maximise the engagement and traction with the global supply chain of precious metals and gemstones.
