  • Permanent fee invoicing

  • Credit control (via Office Manager)

  • Contractor administration / timesheet control via the ETZ platform

  • Revenue capture and reporting

  • Sales tracker/ledger management

  • Quarterly consultant commission calculations


  • Responsible for all local tasks

  • Responsible for the co-ordination of Acre's technology outsourced supplier (Doherty)

  • Responsible for coordination of voice technology supplier (CloudCall)


  • Management of analytics platform (Cube 19) translating KPI information from our database system Bullhorn.
