Paris Agreement Capital Transition Assessment Consultant

Acre is working with a leading, innovative consultancy that specialises in automating the process of carbon footprinting. Their goal is to help large businesses continuously measure, monitor and ultimately manage their carbon footprint.

Due to growth within their client base, they are now working with a global tier 1 bank on a piece of work that needs specialist knowledge around theParis Agreement Capital Transition Assessment (PACTA) framework.

PACTA is a specific framework with an associated tool used to help banks or other financiers to measure the footprints of their investments. The methodology, as well as the metrics supporting the analysis, allows banks to study the alignment of their corporate lending portfolios with 2°C benchmarks. Experience with this framework and tool is crucial for this project.

This is a contract role, either on a day rate or a salaried fixed term contract, initially due to last 3-6 months, with a chance to go permanent due to continued growth and demand in the organisation.

​

This role is outside IR35 (if working on a day rate) and our client would be looking to start this contract ASAP.
