We are currently working with a leading European Asset Manager who currently runs several multi-billion Euro labelled Green Bond funds to find them another Portfolio Manager as the team continues to grow. Our client is a leader within the Sustainable Fixed income space and has invested heavily in developing their team and methodologies, offering a great platform for their investment teams.

As a Portfolio Manager, Green Bonds in the Investment Grade Credit team you will be responsible for managing green bond portfolios. Together with the other portfolio managers, the responsible investment team and credit analysts you will maximise returns and impact of the green bond portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the green bond portfolios to ensure only Green Bonds which meet the green bond criteria and manage the portfolio to maximise

  • Work together with the other portfolio managers and analysts to further develop the green bond/sustainable fixed income strategies.

  • Externally contribute to the firm's thought leadership role in green bonds and sustainable finance, by facing clients and writing thought leadership research.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a relevant degree, preferably combined with a CFA (or progress towards)

  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English

  • A commercial attitude and highly motivated team player

  • A strong passion for ESG and/or green investing

  • Minimum of 4 years portfolio management experience in fixed income
