Our client is a non-profit that invests directly into conservation real estate as well as structures transactions to buy and sell conservation real assets.

This impactful organization has retained Acre to appoint a Product Strategist who will be responsible for structuring products that respond to the demand by global capital markets, in increasing nature-based solutions. In this role, you will be working with the CFO and CEO as part of the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will utilize their experience working with cross functional teams to drive the best outcome for product development, market strategies and market materials.

In this newly created role, you will:

  • Lead the innovation and launch of new products as well as create detailed business and use cases for new products.

  • Uphold a thorough understanding of industry and firm-wide trends, workflow, and challenges related to ESG.

  • Articulate how nature-based solutions and carbon markets can be utilized for impact-first opportunities.

As a commercial, sustainability professional, your experience will include:

  • Solid understanding of sustainable/impact investing themes and concepts, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.

  • Proven commercial experience related to impact product creation and development.

  • Deep personal and professional network across the financial services community and a key understanding of market trends and activity.
