We're experiencing incredible levels of growth at Acre and it's happening thick and fast. As you'd expect in those circumstances, the volume of roles we're working on is growing exponentially. We need someone to help us deliver them. Someone who may not love business development, but who can source excellent candidates and deliver an exceptional recruitment process.

Firstly, we're a global recruitment business operating in the sustainability and climate change sectors. I'm sure this explains a little about why we're so busy - everyone is looking to tackle these problems head-on right now, but also need a recruitment partner that's been around the block a couple of times. Fortunately, we've been doing this a long time - 18 years to be exact - so we know what our clients are looking to achieve and the solutions that will get them there.
We're headquartered in London, offices in Amsterdam and New York… but currently, we're all working from home. We can be flexible about that in the long term too if that's your preference, so we're open to where you're based, as long as you could get into London perhaps once per fortnight.
Now, if you were to join us as a Recruitment Consultant, what might the role look like on the day to day?
Supporting the delivery requirements of key hires in your market: you'll capture an accurate understanding of client briefs and deliver them to best effect to win repeat and new business via referrals and feedback
Engaging exceptional candidates: you'll keep your finger on the pulse in the candidate marketplace at all times, looking for creative and innovative ways to build your network, to identify individuals who are relevant to your client's search requirements and to engage candidates regularly so that they know to come to you for support in their current role or with finding their next
Successfully delivering recruitment processes in a way that'll make your clients want to tell their friends about: you'll project manage every aspect of the recruitment cycle from CV to completion, and everything in between. This includes qualifying candidates for a role, interview consultation, offer management and much more.

Experience in recruitment consultancy, with a successful track record of consistent revenue generation, would be ideal but not necessarily a must
