The job: Executive Search Associate

Acre's Amsterdam office is rapidly growing - to further strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for a highly motivated Executive Search Associate to join our Research Team. As an Executive Search Associate, you will work with the team to support in highly visible search & selection processes for prominent multinational organizations such as Amazon, LEGO, WWF and Vodafone.

As an Executive Search Associate, your most important responsibilities are:

Managing (executive) search projects together with an experienced consultant:

  • Take an active role in client meetings - asking the right questions to enable you to find the right candidate for the position.

  • Conducting market research and creating a search strategy- where will we find our candidates and what role could they currently have?

  • Reaching out to prospective candidates and building relationships with them.

  • Qualify candidates against the key requirements of the position we're working on.

  • Pro-actively project manage the entire search and selection process.

In addition, you will take on a range of market research and business intelligence projects; sometimes on behalf of our clients and sometimes to support Acre's growth plans.

Who you are:

  • You have a degree, ideally, in business administration, sustainability, HR, psychology or economics, but don't hesitate to apply if you graduated in a different field!

  • Prior work experience in recruitment or executive search is a plus, but not required.

  • You are highly motivated and results-driven in your work.

  • You are an excellent communicator, able to quickly build relationships with people.

  • You have good project management skills and always manage to keep an overview of complex processes.

  • You have a passion for people; understanding their motivations and facilitating opportunities to bring to life a match between good people and good jobs.
