Acre is working with one of UK's leading and most admired investment management companies to help them hire a Responsible Business Associate Manager. With more than £50 Billion of assets under management, they are one of UK's most trusted investment managers and are leaders in responsible investment. Reporting into the Group head for Responsible Business, this person will be driving the responsible business program across the group, and supporting the team in areas of strategy, reporting and communications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the delivery of a meaningful and focused responsible business programme

  • Ensure effective communication of responsible business efforts internally and externally with the main goal of supporting the preparation of the responsible business report

  • Work in a cross-functional manner to support the responsible business manager to drive, monitor, publicise and encourage initiatives around the Group

  • Assist in preparing internal and external communications, including pulling together presentations and reports for a variety of stakeholders

  • Support the measuring, monitoring and reporting of progress against responsible business metrics and targets

  • Support preparation of the firm's submission to CDP, FTSE4Good and other ratings and monitor progress against the UN Sustainable Development Goals

  • Manage community partner relationships, employee volunteering processes and the employee matching for community investment pillar

  • Coordinate the running of responsible business working groups and committees

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in the responsible business field ideally in financial services

  • Good knowledge of sustainability, reporting frameworks and data management

  • Experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders to ensure robust agendas are set and opportunities are driven forward
