Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for researching, developing and running volunteering programmes nationally

  • Support Responsible Business Assistant Manager on new programme research for other locations and coordination of national programmes as appropriate

  • Manage online volunteering platform to capture volunteering data, draw off reports for impact assessment (measure progress on targets, identify areas for attention) and communicate with volunteers (thank volunteers, run surveys, coordinate activities)

In order to succeed, you will have to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience running employee volunteering programme

  • Demonstrate tenacity to ensure success

  • Previous experience reporting using a social value portal
